Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Home Health Aide (Homemakers and Attendants) to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility. CNAs preferred but we will train. We are in need of workers in the morning, mid to late afternoon and on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients, cooking, cleaning, taking to medical appointments
- Must maintain confidentiality of client information and company
Qualifications:
- Experience in home health or other related fields (preferred but not required)
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and great time management skills
This is a part time, per diem (as needed) role. Must be able to work all hours assigned.
Heart 2 Heart Home Care has had the main office in Atlanta, GA for 25 years and since 2017 we are serving in all of Lake County, Indiana.
