The Position: Are you a proficient problem-solver with a knack for developing action plans based on data to meet business needs? Join our Team as a Financial Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in documenting, analyzing, and eliciting business and technical requirements across various departments. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, enabling you to enhance processes and drive organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and optimize business processes to drive efficiency.
• Implement and refine systems and procedures to streamline operations.
• Conduct data analysis to inform business strategy.
• Document business processes to facilitate understanding and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models and reports.
• Familiarity with financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Proficiency in utilizing data to develop insightful business reports and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for interpreting and presenting data effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications and a willingness to learn new software.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
