Production Filing Technician

Nexeo HR is seeking a Production Filing Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and accurate filing systems to support our manufacturing operations. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that important documents are readily accessible, contributing to efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

•Create and maintain physical and digital filing systems for production-related documents, including work orders, quality control records, and inventory reports.

•Sort and file documents accurately, ensuring they are labeled and stored according to established procedures.

•Retrieve requested documents promptly and efficiently to support production activities and audits.

•Conduct regular audits of filing systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•Prior experience in administrative support or records management preferred.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with electronic document management systems.

Pay

$17.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday- Thursday | 7:00am - 5:30pm
