Job Description:

As an Owner Operator with a 26ft box truck, you will play a crucial role in our operations, helping us deliver excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods, ensuring all loads are secured and delivered as per client specifications. We are looking for motivated and professional Owner Operators who are ready to take on both local and regional deliveries.

Responsibilities:

- Safely transport goods to and from specified locations in a timely manner.

- Manage routes and routines to optimize costs and time while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment to ensure operational safety.

- Maintain accurate logs of all transportation and goods delivered, using electronic logging devices if required.

- Ensure the security of the cargo during transit.

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving client concerns in a professional manner.

- Keep the truck and associated equipment clean and in good working order.

- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations staff to receive assignments and updates.

Requirements:

- Must own a 26ft box truck that meets all federal and state regulations for safety and emissions.

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred but not required depending on local regulations.

- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role.

- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.

- Excellent time management skills to meet pickup and delivery schedules.

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to customer satisfaction.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and load/unload cargo.

- Good geographical knowledge of the local and regional area.

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
