Synergy is seeking a licensed Assistant Clinic Director/ Physical Therapist for a thriving and growing multi-disciplinary outpatient rehab clinic focusing on multiple niche specialties including TMJ, Vestibular Rehab, Dry Needling, Hand Therapy, Neuro Rehab, Women’s Health, and specialists in multiple Orthopedic conditions. This position offers excellent growth and development opportunities.

     

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 
     

  • Assist the Clinic Director in leading clinical and financial outcomes of the clinic, including meeting or exceeding operational performance metric goals
  • Mentor and coach clinicians and support teammates
  • Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completion 
  • Develop an exceptional plan of care based on physician orders and evaluation findings
  • Bill for treatment while adhering to compliance standards
  • Document appropriately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other health care professionals
  • Maintain a safe clinic environment

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
     

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in respective state
  • Minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
