Job Description

Banker Lopez Gassler is currently recruiting part-time Law Clerks for Plantation office. Candidates must be actively enrolled in a nationally accredited law school to qualify for consideration.

These positions focus on defense litigation related to:

  • First Party
  • Windshield
  • PIP
  • Personal Injury/Torts

DUTIES:

These positions will be centered around learning the procedures and practice of a large litigation law firm.  That would include things like:

  • Communication with clients
  • Interviewing witnesses
  • Legal research and drafting
  • Court filings
  • Shadowing opportunities at depos and hearings

QUALIFICATIONS:

This part-time position will require candidates to work 10-20 hours per week.  It is a regular position that is not limited to a single semester.
