Growth Analyst

We are seeking a Digitial Marketing Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand as well as input in the development of marketing campaigns to track performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
• Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
• Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
• Measuring ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns.
• Reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.
• Be able to look at data and pinpoint what made an ad perform the way it did.
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Help implement innovative marketing campaigns to reach targeted audience.
• Translate complex data into simple graphs and text.
• Compile and present data for other departments

• Previous experience in market research or other related fields
• Must have strong knowledge in SEO.
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
