Job Description

We are seeking a CNA Home Health Aide to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care. This schedule is for Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. This client will need assistance with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and bathing. The patient is alert and oriented. The patient needs minimal assist with ambulation and uses a walker. The patient is a woman. The patient is fully vaccinated and would prefer a caregiver who is also vaccinated.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
Provide companionship and basic care to patients
Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
Ability to work well in teams
