Individual accountability:Collect & analyze data about Company's operational costDevelop and set standard cost and update them in the system based on USGAAP (BOM)Carry out cost-volume profitEvaluate and approve cost review requests, including operating impact analysisReview and post daily manufacturing entriesReview cost and variances e.g. (absorption, PPV, waste, etc)Key shared accountability:Changes to the Company's processes and policies to reduce costROI on CapEx investmentFixed expenses and absorption forecastEstablishment of labor and other overheadCollaborate with the rolling forecast/budgetLeadership behaviors needed:ListenerTeam PlayerOwnershipBuild an environment that provides cross collaborationMust have:IT Skills (MS, ERP)US GAAPData entryOrganizational skillsDetail orientedData accuracy & analysisCost accountingOperational backgroundPlant constraints
