YOUR DAY

As a Home Furnishings Repair Tech, you're joining a team of skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality workmanship to our valued customers. Your primary tasks involve assessing damaged furniture, identifying repair needs, and implementing appropriate solutions. Each day you use a variety of tools and techniques to ensure that every piece of furniture is restored to its original condition or better. You work closely with our sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and coordinate repair timelines. Additionally, you're responsible for maintaining accurate records of repairs, documenting any issues or concerns, and providing updates on progress. This repair technician is perfect for you because you are detail-oriented, enjoy working with your hands, and have a passion for transforming furniture.

YOUR HOURS

In this full-time role, you can expect to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience as a Furniture Repair Technician
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to repair upholstery and wood furniture with or without parts
• HS Diploma / GED or equivalent preferred
