Job Title: Clinic LPN - $2500 Sign-On Bonus
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinic team. As a Clinic LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with procedures and exams
- Educate patients on their medical conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure a clean and safe clinical environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Clinic hours are 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday and 9am-2pm, Saturdays. This position will be 40 hours per week, hours will consist of a combination of 10 hour and 5-hour shifts Monday-Friday and 1-2 Saturday shifts per year. $2,500 Sign-On Bonus upon hire.

Requirements:- LPN experience preferred, but also hiring new graduates
- Orthopedic background preferred
- South Dakota/Compact State LPN license (if applicable)
- Minnesota LPN nursing license (if none, must obtain immediately upon hire)
- CPR certification
- MUST possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate with patients, clinic staff, and physicians.
- MUST possess a positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to provide an extraordinary patient experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Basic computer skills
