New Life Staffing is seeking an Accounting Clerk needed for a law firm located in Wayne, NJ. This is a full time opening. In this role you will support the accounting department with Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable and data entry. This role is heavy in excel and QuickBooks. Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is a HUGE Plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the accounting department with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and data entry
- Role involves heavy use of Excel and QuickBooks software
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is highly desirable
Requirements are:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Prior experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work full-time in Wayne, NJ
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred
