As an LVN with our hospice team, you will perform hospice visits in assisted and independent living communities, including pronouncement of death covering the areas of North Austin - Leander, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown. A minimum of one year of hospice experience, along with a proven ability to manage a fast-paced, independent work schedule are essential.

Knowledge of Homecare Homebase EMR software is a plus!
