Radiology Assistant - PRN (Student)

We are Gateway Regional Medical Center. Our primary function is to offer continuous nursing, medical, and other health and social services on a 24-hour basis, under physician directed care and RN supervision.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The Radiology Assistant is responsible for work performed in the Imaging Department such as:

• Checking in patients
• Scheduling exams
• Transporting patients
• Positioning patients
• Entering information in related systems
• Checking in and out of films
• Burning CD's
• Printing reports
• Other duties as necessary

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma required.
• Current Radiology Technologist Student preferred.
