Class A Driver with 3 Months Experience Run Dedicated No Touch Account-Great Home Time

We are currently seeking reliable and Class A drivers with three months experience to join our team. As a Class A driver, you will run a dedicated route from Thursday to Monday, runniing 100% no touch freight.

Compensation and Schedule:

• First year pay average is $74-$90,000, combining both regional (75%) and local (25%) routes.
• Regional freight runs in IL, WI, MI, and IN, offering a starting pay of $.54CPM on 2500-2700MPW and $20/Stop.
• Local freight, which involves distances less than 200 miles, provides a starting pay of $.645CPM and $30/Stop.
• An additional $100/WK bump salary pay is provided as long as drivers show up for work all days and run all hours.
• Expect to be in the truck overnight 2 nights per week.
• Flexible schedules available after gaining tenure.

Benefits:

• Full benefits kick in after 30 days (excluding PTO).
• PTO drivers receive 7 full days of paid time off during the first year and 10 days after the first anniversary.

Requirements:

• Must live within 50 miles of Lansing and have transportation to and from the facility as the truck stays at the facility.
• Minimum one of the following experience criteria:
• 3 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 6 months OR
• 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 36 months OR
• 12 months verifiable Class A experience in the last five years
• Clean driving record:
• No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage), with no more than one highway accident in that period.
• No reckless/careless, rear-end, or rollover incidents in the last three years.
• No job hoppers (no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years).
• Must have never failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test.
