Arango & Associates is seeking Assemblers and Warehouse Associates with the expertise to assemble intricate components by connecting various parts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless fit of all parts, ensuring they are suitable for the final product. Whether using your hands or machines, precision is paramount in accomplishing the task.

We are seeking an individual with robust technical knowledge and exceptional manual dexterity.

The overarching goal is to generate intricate outputs by skillfully combining smaller components.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and comprehend instructions, adhering to established procedures.
• Gather all necessary materials and equipment to initiate the assembly process.
• Take precise measurements to guarantee the perfect fit of components.
• Select or adapt components based on measurements and specifications.
• Align materials and assemble parts to construct more complex units.
• Inspect the final output to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
• Record production quantities and time
• Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts.

Requirements and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience as an assembler.
• Competence in using tools (e.g., clamps) and machines (e.g., presses)
• Solid understanding of quality control principles
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
• High school diploma: A higher degree from a technical school will be highly valued.

Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd shift.
