Patients and treatments vary in age and treatment care.

• Paid Training and Orientation/Shadowing is provided along with RN Case Manager Supervision.
• 1:1 care, 5 hours a day, at one location within the comfort of the patient’s home.
• Adult Cerebral Palsy , Autism patient

Credentials Requirements:

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN)
• Current Physical
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
