Therapeutic Behavioral Aide

The mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families. We are COA accredited and located throughout the state of NC providing services to children, adolescents, and families. 

What Will I Be Doing?

• Position is for 2nd shift, hours approximately 1:00pm-9:00pm
• Provide direct care services.
• Supervise consumers and provide therapeutic activities during crisis or disruption.
• Offer behavioral redirection and training.

Am I A Good Fit?

• Strong background in behavior analysis.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
• Ability to work independently.
• Cultural competence.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families required.
• Child Mental Health Qualified Professional preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license) required.
