Job Description
We are seeking a Deli Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the deli station, food, and services in a grocery store setting in order to drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain different selections to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to focus on the deli and satisfying our customers
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
