Countryside Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA accredited small animal practice founded in 1994 that treats dogs, cats , rabbits and pocket pets. We are a compassionate, dedicated team of Veterinarians, Licensed Veterinary Technicians and hospital personnel who are focused on providing exemplary care and service! We are currently seeking a highly motivated Full Time Associate Veterinarian to join the team.

The Associate Veterinarian is responsible medical, surgical and dental procedures performed in the hospital, along with maintaining complete and accurate medical records of our patients. This candidate will be helping to continue to deliver the highest standards of the practice, as it relates to the quality of medicine for our patients.The Associate Veterinarian will also work very closely with the veterinary technicians to create an outstanding patient experience.

The Associate veterinarian is an integral member of the healthcare team. It is important that this candidate can communicate compassionately and effectively with clients so that all treatment options are presented to work with the clients on making informed decisions about the care for their pet.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

· DVM or VMD degree

· CT state license

· New graduates encouraged to apply

· Scheduling flexibility, including weekends
