Lead Toddler Teacher

Home Away From Home Child Care is a provider of quality childcare services located in Greece NY and Chili NY. We are now hiring for our new Greece location located at 115 indigo Creek Dr, Rochester NY, 14624. The title of this role is Lead Toddler Teacher.

The Toddler Teacher is a full-time onsite role, the prime responsibilities of this role includes keeping the classroom organized, executing lesson plans such as circle time, craft, and centers. The Toddler teacher is also responsible for the educational development of the kids and making sure they are meeting their developmental milestones along with getting the children ready to move on to preschool. You will also be responsible for potty training, outdoor play, and ensuring a safe nurturing environment for the children.

1. Qualifications:

• Experience in early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as a part of the team
• Experience with lesson planning and curriculum development
• Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Training in child development, education, or related field is preferred

License/ Certification:

• CPR Certification (preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (preferred)
