Server/Bartender – Orchard Creek Restaurant
We are looking for an experienced Server/Bartender to provide excellent, timely service to our Members. To excel in this position, successful Team Members foster an experience where every Guest leaves happy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Take and process Guests’ orders in a timely fashion.
· Learn our menu in detail so that each Guest is provided a true representation of our Brand narrative, farm to table concept, and our mission.
· Enhance the Guest experience by offering products that they may like but might not have considered ordering.
· The success of our Brand comes from creating an experience where our Guests can’t wait to come back and see us again.
· Maintain an immaculate dining atmosphere and handle Guest complaints/requests quickly.
Qualifications and Skills
· Excellent Service and Hospitality skills
· Comfort with order entry software a plus
· Neat, well-groomed appearance
· Ability to work well under intense time pressure
· Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments
· Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
