Janitor (part-time)

JOB OVERVIEW

Six Mile, LLC (SML) is seeking a part-time Janitor to join our team. This position is located at the Bureau of Land Management National Data Center in Denver, CO and requires a specialized cleaning service for the Computer Room, Mechanical Room and surrounding areas.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Thoroughly vacuum and/or wipe all free-standing support equipment.
• Thoroughly vacuum and wipe all safely and easily accessible surfaces inside of all 4 post racks and cabinets.
• Thoroughly remove dust from fixtures, furniture, and wall mounted casings, etc.
• Clean all windows in the data center, frames, and ledges; interior and exterior.
• Remove dust from overhead surfaces.
• Remove debris from floor, including underneath free-standing equipment and furniture.
• Deep clean floor surface.
• Hand wipe pedestals, stringers, conduit, pipes, and sides of tiles.
• Other duties as assigned.

ABOUT YOU

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have the ability to carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push, pull, stoop, bend or stand for long periods of time.
• Prior janitorial experience preferred.
