Job Description

We’re hiring an Operations Assistant / Billing Clerk for our Southeast Houston area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Operations Assistant / Billing Clerk
Location: Southeast Houston
Pay: $17-$20/hr.
Hours: 8am-5pm M-Th, 7am-4pm Fri
Duration: temp-to-hire
Description of Duties: Daily invoicing; data entry; verification of information on tickets for invoicing; resolving any billing discrepancies; run billing reports for open invoices and take appropriate action
Requirements: 1+ years’ billing experience; strong communication and organizational skills; good analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills; Must be able to handle large volume of invoices and work in a fast-paced environment
