Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide Financial Clearance Teams, including Hospital and Clinic Pre-Registration, Prior Authorization, and Financial Counseling.
- Manage supervisors in pre-registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, and financial counseling to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor and benchmark performance statistics to ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with service line leaders, departments, providers, and staff to support revenue cycle workflows and tasks.
- Partner with Payor Relations to address payor issues and trends.
Salary Range:
$68,790 - $87,000
Schedule and Shift Details:
- 8-hour shifts with potential weekend requirements.
