Role Overview:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced E&IC Engineer to provide comprehensive support throughout project lifecycles related to specialized products. Role involves coordination, planning, and execution of engineering activities to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide E&IC engineering support for projects related to specialized products, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate and review work of internal and external E&IC engineers to meet project requirements.
  • Define engineering scope and develop work plans for electrical discipline on complex projects.
  • Prepare and maintain E&IC documents, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Adapt and configure designs to meet regional standards, maintaining consistency.
  • Participate in technical reviews, safety assessments, and complex discussions with stakeholders.
  • Support formal studies, technical briefings, and presentations, providing expert insights.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and present recommendations based on thorough analysis.
  • Offer innovative technical solutions to resolve engineering issues and enhance project efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with work instructions, policies, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrate strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Lead effective meetings, foster positive working relationships, and collaborate within a team.
  • Exercise sound engineering judgment and initiative to drive project success.
Qualification and Education:
  • EIT/PE registration preferred, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent combination of experience and training (Preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office Software.
  • Working knowledge of NEC and P&IDs (Essential)
  • Bonus: Knowledge of hazardous area classification and Functional Safety (IEC 61511).
  • Familiarity with DCS, PLC, HMI/MMI, SCADA, programming, and control systems.
  • Experience in proposal development, project execution, and site installation of industrial systems.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in medium to large-scale industrial projects.
  • Capable of preparing document packages for electrical and instrumentation components.
  • On-site/field experience (Preferred)
