VP Of Operations

Essential Functions:

• Oversee and provide leadership to logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations in a scaling company with an energetic and creative atmosphere.
• Create systems and processes to successfully deliver operational targets, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and related scorecards for measurement.
• Develop/Enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimal performance and develop a company-wide Quality of Service (QOS).
• Develop and lead strategic execution of site, region, and corporate initiatives with respect to:
  • Inbound and Outbound Warehouse management
  • Facilities Management, including routing, delivery, and backhaul
  • Fleet Services oversight and cost management
  • Value-Add Services and Processing operations
  • Current and new company systems, such as ERP/WMS/CRM/Route Optimization software
• Evaluate fiscal metrics and adjusts activities to meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Participated in preparations and execution of the AOP with direct input from the management team
  • Developing and rolling out of the key performance metrics
  • Develop P&L driven initiatives in effort to meet AOP and organization targets

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or warehouse management, or a related field, preferably as a VP of Operations or similar role.
• Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00am – 5:00pm

Physical Demands:

• Stand or sit for long periods of time
• Travel by auto or by flying commercial or privately as required.
