Our Introduction:
We are adding full-time Commercial HVAC / Control System Technicians to support our growing customer-base!
Note, at this time, WE ARE NOT hiring HVAC / Control system technicians with less than 2 years of work experience, and you must have a Maryland, or a VA, HVAC license as a minimum to be considered.

Our office is located at: 11311 McCormick Rd, Hunt Valley, MD 21031. FAS Services; Maryland, Washington DC. and Northern VA.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction!
- You will be part of ensuring optimal customer environments through the use of our state-of-the-art HVAC services and (BAS) Building Automation Systems.
- Maintain, and repair HVAC and in time install/service BAS in commercial buildings, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular system inspections and perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment, providing timely and accurate repairs.
- Collaborate with the HVAC and control system teams to design and implement system improvements and optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, advising clients on maintenance practices and system upgrades.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician (min. of 5 years), with a focus on commercial systems.
- Certification or degree in HVAC technology or a related field.
- Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, HVAC control wiring, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC diagrams and blueprints. Must be able to put up, and climb ladders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license
- EPA refrigerant certification and HVAC license are required.
