**Responsibilities:**

As a Provider Enrollment and Credentialing Specialist with us, you will:

- Manage the entire provider enrollment and credentialing process, from initial applications to re-credentialing.

- Verify provider credentials, including education, training, licensure, and certifications.

- Coordinate with insurance payers to complete provider enrollment applications.

- Enroll and credential providers with payors both in-state and out-of-state.

- Negotiate insurance contracts and maintain delegated credentialing agreements.

- Assist healthcare providers with paperwork and questions about the enrollment process.

- Stay informed about changes in regulations and standards from organizations such as TJC, CMS, and OIG.

- Maintain accurate records and reports in our Medtrainer database.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve credentialing and enrollment issues.

- Assist in training other staff members as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in provider enrollment and credentialing.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

- Proficiency in using systems like Medtrainer.
