Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

The Quality Assurance Engineer role will take leadership in working with Product Development teams to build, automate, execute, and maintain a comprehensive Testing and Quality Assurance strategy for the EpochFIeld product. The development of this strategy will require the following activities to be performed by the Quality Assurance Engineer, working alongside the Product Development team:

·       Development and maintenance of automated unit test cases and functional test cases

·       Coordination and communication of testing results regularly throughout the product release cycle

·       Coordinate the execution of release-level software certification

·       Ensures the regular testing of User Interfaces and User Experience

·       Develop and coordinate server-side performance and load testing

·       Maintenance and upkeep of test environments and resources

Essential Skills

·       BA or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

·       C# .NET / Xamarin experience (3-5 years)

·       Python and JavaScript (Angular) programming (1-3 years)

·       NUnit test development

·       Strong knowledge of Mobile and Web Services Security

·       RESTFul Web Services knowledge

·       Strong communication skills

·       Able to work in an Agile team environment

Required Skills

·       Solid experience with Microsoft Visual Studio

·       Visual Studio Unit Test Framework

·       AngularJS or other similar JavaScript frameworks

·       Process automation experience

·       Mobile application development and testing experience

·       Web Application and Web Services testing experience

·       Familiar with Fiddler and web testing frameworks

·       Python

·       SQLite

·       XML

·       JSON

Desirable Skills

Esri’s ArcGIS – ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise

Test/QA certification such as, for example, ISTQB or similar
