Baggett Heating & Cooling in Clarksville, TN is seeking a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer - Senior Installation Technician to join our busy team.

Our Lead Residential HVAC Installers - Senior Installation Technicians earn a competitive starting hourly wage of $22 - $30/hr, based on skill level, experience, and quality of work. We also provide excellent benefits that include paid time off including sick/personal time, holidays, and vacation (1 week after 1 year; 2 weeks after 3 years), as well as company-paid supplemental insurance, competition prizes, a tool account, and a retirement savings, account with $1/$1 match up to 3% of salary after 1 year! QUALIFICATIONS OF A LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER - SENIOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• 3+ years of experience installing or servicing residential HVAC systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to be covered by a MSCO insurance carrier
• Duct design experience
• A familiarity with tablet-based applications
• Ability and willingness to train apprentices
• Understanding of airflow in duct systems, including but not limited to the ability to measure static pressure, CFM, and evaluate the capacity of an existing duct system
