Our client, an AS9100 certified company with over 65 years in business serving the needs of the defense and aerospace industries, seeks an Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk. As the Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk, you will process weekly payroll and manage the maintenance of pay deductions and paid time off balances. The clerk will complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. They will provide overall financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization.
Your experience should include:
- 3+ years of payroll / accounting experience in a corporate environment
- strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
- strong attention to detail
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Experience with 941 Payroll, ERP/MRP systems (specifically Visual Manufacturing), and working within ISO9001 and AS9100 standards are pluses.

Job type: Full-time, 4x10s Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM or 7 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay rate: $25- $35/hr
