Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Treasury Management Solutions Analyst.

The strategic function of the Treasury Management Solutions Analyst (TMSA) role is to support the overall business development activities of the Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and Markets.

Primary areas of focus will be to drive business development tactics, leverage portfolio analytics to maximize client revenue growth, identify and source cross-sell opportunities and serve as the “Sales liaison” for the TMOs supported. The role will be used to develop skill-sets for high potential, future Treasury Management Officers and will include added development responsibilities such as client engagement and product training, public speaking and other developmental tracks.

• TMSAs have a goal requirement of six figures per annum in “new sales” independent of their TMO partnerships or alignment
• Develop trusted relationships with targeted fee/deposit clients in each TMO portfolio
• Identify and act on negative variance clients and positive variance clients in an effort to retain or grow revenue
• Align internal partners (Operations, On Boarding, Client Service) when required to obtain deal specific needs

Education / Experience Preferred:

• The best TM sales professionals are self-starters, competitive, spend most of their time with clients, are highly organized and have proactively identified the opportunities to target.
• High independent, self-accountability to executing on the business plan and driving engagement
• Ideally Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Sales preferred (or equivalent work experience required)
• Strong attention to detail, oral presentation and written communication skills required
• Superb team skills and supportive to other teammates and groups
