Medical Office Assistant/Physical Therapy Technician

This position has a hybrid role within the clinic's operational design. The primary role will be Clinic office coordination. These duties will include: greeting patients at the lobby window, taking payments, scheduling upcoming appointments, answering phones regarding new patients, organizing appointments for established patients, utilizing skills for computer tasks such as email, medical records, electronic faxing. The employee with also be cross trained in Physical Therapy technician duties. These will include: aiding patients in their exercise program, maintaining a clinic clean environment, and assisting with patient medical record documentation. An ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: good communication skills, reliability with work attendance, a friendly personality, a great teamwork attitude, a willingness to learn, likes to smile, and is eager to grow as a team member as our company grows.
