Entry Level : Event Marketing / Event Management

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Event Marketing / Event Management associates. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, promoting, and executing events for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, venue selection, and vendor management.
• Contribute to the development of event marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content for event promotion across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their event objectives and requirements, and ensure their needs are met throughout the planning process.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
• Assist with post-event evaluation and analysis, gathering feedback and insights to inform future event planning and marketing efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event marketing and management.
