USA  PROJECT / OPERATIONS MANAGER

FRACO is a US subsidiary of an international company headquartered in Montreal, Canada. We design, manufacture, sell, install, and rent state-of-the-art access equipment, including work platforms, rack and pinion construction hoists, permanent industrial elevators, and transport platforms. Our inhouse Engineering / Project management teams provide real time interaction with both dealers and end users to develop innovative solutions to a variety of construction challenges. This role will start out in project management and could eventually lead to a dual role as an Operations Manager / Project Manager.

Position Scope:

• Project Management of various types of equipment for rental projects.
• Work closely with FRACO engineering department in Montreal.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction for the duration of a project (delivery, installation, service, training, coordination of onsite repairs, and final dismantle)
• Collaboration with FRACO manufacturing facility in Montreal for equipment needs.
• Equipment, logistics & inventory management
• Oversee Employees, installation subcontractors, and third-party engineers when required.

Talents :

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management (Operations Management a Plus)
• Experience in construction, equipment rental, understanding blueprints, comfortable with basic engineering concepts, and existing mast climber knowledge preferred.
• Strong sense of accountability, leadership experience and customer focused.
• Driven to Customer service excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience
• Proven experience working with a diverse team (sales, installers, warehouse personnel, mechanics, etc.)
• Organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency is required.
