Sabio Systems is currently working with a long term Albuquerque company that wants to find fantastic Customer Service Rep. (2 Positions available) (NOT a Remote Position) 

Customer Service Rep will have the unique opportunity to keep customers happy and have an incredible impact on the Company’s day-to-day operations.

This long time Albuquerque based organization seeks a unique, energetic, friendly, and very organized group of individuals to join its family as a Customer Service Rep.

The perfect candidate for the Customer Service Rep role will have:

• Customer service experience, especially via telephone.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication.
• Ability to work in both a team and independent environment
• Experience with Microsoft Word and outlook.

Job Duties for the Customer Service Rep role: 

• Manage large call volumes.
• Verifying orders
• Follow the company’s guidelines and policies.
• Schedule via phone
• Verify account information

Full Time - Contract to hire opportunity - Starting pay $16.00 per hour.
