We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in performing Statistical Process Control (SPC), conducting root-cause analysis, problem solving (8D), and experience in ISO 9001:2015.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and techniques.
- Proven experience in conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
- Familiarity with 8D methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
