Position Summary: This is a great opportunity to work closely with our sales team at one of the fastest growing auto transport companies in the industry. You will be responsible for generating consistent, qualified appointments for the sales team to drive monthly recurring revenue targets. You’ll learn the entire sales process from prospecting clients, quoting potential business, booking and managing orders, all the way through building client relationships. You will see firsthand what has made our company successful, and then use these tools and skills to build your own career to help reach your goals. This position is a great path to our Sales & Account Manager role for those looking to either get a start in logistics sales, or to switch careers in logistics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with lead generation and prospecting
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Communicate with clients via phone and email
Learn and utilize effective sales techniques and strategies
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales campaigns
Assist with administrative tasks to support the sales process
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
