Product Development Engineer

Our unparalleled success has now positioned us to expand from a market contender to be the dominant force in the industry, and we are looking for an R &D Engineer to join our elite team of engineers, technicians, and professionals.

This role will be instrumental in helping us design new industrial processes and optimize existing ones via our R&D program.  This is not an academic role, but rather one that will get in there and get their hands dirty - creating and testing new processes for products and collaborating on launching pilot programs.

This position is 100% in-office and applicants must be able to commute to our Centennial, CO office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the technical design of new (and patentable) processes to support our new products and technologies.
• Collecting and analyzing data from the field, laboratories and our customers and reporting findings to the R&D team.  
• Doing hands-on research, shop-testing, and field-testing new processes for our products and services.
• Collaborating with in-house teams to create processes that allow our products to work efficiently, effectively, and safely. 
• Preparing technical documentation and presentations and providing technical assistance during the rollout of new technologies.
• Provide CAD, 3D computer modelling, and data analysis support as needed.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• An experienced Engineer (5+ years), preferably with a background in Water / Wastewater treatment or similar industry.
• Skilled in developing technical drawings and specifications and in using AutoCAD and 3D modelling platforms.
• Skilled in project management, problem-solving, data analysis and technical writing.
• A continuous learner with an insatiable curiosity who brings life experience and a go-getter, ownership mentality to work daily.
• Experience in research & design, product development, setting up and running pilot programs or similar innovative technology-based initiatives.
• You have strong communication skills, strong attention to detail and can prioritize multiple activities.  

What we Offer:

Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary of $90,000 USD- $120,000 USD (depending on experience), full benefits including 401k, outstanding profit-sharing potential, and a generous vacation and holiday package.
