Must have 1 year of Express Lane Service Experience and $3000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH IF HIRED!

Responsibilities

High volume express Lane department
Provide exceptional service, addressing any questions or concerns of customers vehicle
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate completion of express lane services
Monitor and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Keep up-to-date with industry changes and participate in training and development programs as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Qualifications

1+ years of Service Technician Experience
GM Training Up to date PREFERRED
High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certifications
Express Tech experience
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
