Shuttle Driver

Job Summary:
McSweeney Auto Group is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Driver to transport customers in a safe and timely manner. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while adhering to company policies and procedures. This is a part-time, hourly position within the auto industry located in Pell City, Alabama.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Shuttle Driver will be compensated at a rate of $15 per hour and will be paid weekly. This position also offers the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Transport customers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner
• Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist customers with storing and retrieving their belongings in the vehicle
• Follow all state and federal driving laws and regulations
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or necessary repairs to management
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedule and ensure regular servicing is completed
• Keep accurate records of pick-up and drop-off times and destinations
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience in a professional setting
• Knowledge of state and federal driving laws and regulations
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of Pell City and surrounding areas is a plus
