Job Title: Senior Orthodontic Office Manager (Multi-Site)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced multisite orthodontic practice manager to oversee the operations of our three locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, qualities excellent communications skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple orthodontic offices

- Lead and motivate teams to ensure high quality patient care and satisfaction

- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals

- Manage and lead a team of orthodontic professionals, including scheduling, training, and performance management

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

- Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and patient satisfaction

- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and collections

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care across all locations

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business growth initiatives

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthodontic office management, with a proven track record of success

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders

- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, billing, and insurance processes

- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
