Job Summary:


As a part of our Lead Kitchen Staff, youll stay busy. Whether its making dough, prepping vegetables, or cleaning that spot behind the oven, well rely on you to roll up your sleeves and help wherever youre needed. To thrive in this job, previous experience working at restaurants is preferred, however not required. You must love great food, hustling to help your team out, and keeping pizzas flying out of the kitchen. Well teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch or expand your restaurant career.

Responsibilities:

• Direct Kitchen Staff in shift duties including:
  • assigning daily tasks
  • assist where needed to ensure orders are produced correctly and on time
  • assign third party and internal deliveries as needed
  • assist assistant and store manager with inventory and prep scheduling and ordering
  • make sure all kitchen staff is working in a safe and sanitary fashion

• Youll likely be on your feet your entire shift. Youll be cleaning, stocking, and making dough just to name a few tasks. You must be able to lift 30-40 lbs throughout your shift
• Taking on new duties and doing whatever is needed. Youll learn by doing

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years previous kitchen experience
• Enjoys working on a team, in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
• Ability to be on your feet approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the restaurant
• Capability to withstand warm temperatures and proficient in utilizing kitchen equipment
• Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
• Follow directions and create respectable menu items
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts to include weekends
