Seasonal Video Assistant

SUMMARY: The Minnesota Vikings are seeking a part-time Video Assistant to assist in all aspects of football video operations including camera operation during practices; this is not a broadcast/production video position.
We are seeking an ambitious, team player who is eager to learn. This is a paid seasonal Part-Time position that will start late July 2024 and run through the end of the Minnesota Vikings season. This position will require you to work some weekends. The hours will range from 12-15 hours per week. During Training Camp, expect to work 6 days a week with over 30hrs per week.
This is a part-time position and expected to conclude at the end of the 2024 Vikings Season, unless otherwise determined.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recording practices, and workouts
• Help with overall production of practice
• Run SD cards after each Quarter
• Log player participation for practice video along with other requests from football personnel
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous working experience in a college or professional sports video department
• A strong knowledge of the game of football
• Experience with Catapult or DV Sport video editing systems
• Experience with 8K MastRcam or other PTZ cameras is preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and pull equipment cases more than 40lbs
