Role
As a Welding Specialist (also known as Welder, Senior Welder), you'll process various raw materials to fabricate semi- to highly complex parts. You'll interpret drawings to fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet tolerances and product operating requirements. You may also lead a highly functional team of welders and ensure adherence to all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience or education/experience equivalent.
- Proficiency in FCAW, GMAW, GMAW-P, TIG, GTAW, SAW, SMAW, and Carbon Arc welding.
- Ability to pass x-ray testing, hydro testing, mag particle testing, and dye penetrate testing.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Operation of various hand and power tools.
- Must be able to obtain AWS certifications, training provided.
