Project Resources Group (PRG) is a rapidly growing company with Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, and operations in 40 United States. We are committed to helping our customers in the telecommunication and utility industries manage their outside plant needs. Over the last 20 years, we have built our expertise and have become subject matter experts (SMEs) on all things outside plant engineering.

PRG is looking for a Project Coordinator to help with our FRELO Team! Is that you?
 
 The FRELO Project Coordinator position will help fill a growing need for focused project work for cable and telecommunications clients in the Forced Relocation (FRELO) areas. The tasks associated with this position will be managed directly by the FRELO Manager and will be focused on continued growth in FRELO within their region. 
 
In the office, you’ll be responsible for the following functions:

Responsibilities Include

  • Build and send support packages, invoices and agreements to liable parties i.e homeowners, small businesses, large corporations, and municipalities
  • Work via phone/email to negotiate and secure payments and signed agreements
  • Use photographs, narrative, job costs, site sketches, and other components that clients provide to visualize and understand the Force Relocation and other projects
  • Learn, understand, and be able to utilize state/local/federal statues, laws and franchise agreements
  • Interface with multiple clients across different markets
  • Navigate specific client systems that construction teams utilize to track projects from start to finish.
  • Update the PRG project platforms to keep and maintain records
  • Develop a professional working relationship with developers, clients, city officials, management team and other personnel
  • Achieve monthly recovery targets set by the department
  • Participate in weekly department meetings to discuss individual recovery numbers and goals
  • Assist with other departmental administrative duties/functions as needed
  • Oversee an active project queue of 100 or more projects
  • Provide recovery updates to clients on individual projects
  • Follow advanced department handling procedures as detailed by the department manager.

Experience:

  • Preferred experience with contractors and coordinating multi-site projects
  • Previous experience in construction, cable, and utility industry
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a heavy focus on phone and email
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • College degree not required but preferred

Skills and abilities:

  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client needs
  • Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing
  • Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands
  • Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day
