What you get to accomplish: 

• Professionally greet customer when they enter the building.

• Answer phones & direct calls professionally.

• General office duties including opening and directing the mail, order office supplies, filing.

• Ensure reception area is tidy.

What you should possess: 

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.

• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
