Our client is a law firm. They seek a temp to perm Personal Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Handle scheduling and heavy calendar management
- Answer, screen, and vet all phone calls to the CEO
- Serve as the primary “gatekeeper” for the CEO
- Assist in HR-related matters and handle any issues
- Run compliance reports that facilitate the CEO’s leadership
- Input tasks into Outlook and Asana to ensure they are completed
- Carry out various personal errands for the CEO as needed
- Liaise with various doctor’s offices and medical facilities
- Create PowerPoint slides and draft documents and notes
- Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience supporting high-level executives
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and logistics
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Spanish required
