Overview

As a Cell Phone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining cell phones and other mobile devices. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve various hardware and software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics to identify hardware and software issues on cell phones and mobile devices.
Repair and replace damaged components, such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras.
Conduct software updates, installations, and configurations.
Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Provide accurate and detailed repair quotes to customers.
Maintain inventory of repair parts and supplies.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cell phone repair.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cell phone repair or related field.
